Traditional therapy is failing us. It acts as a band-aid but never gets to the root of our problems. Psychiatric medication is overprescribed, and I believe it is a route to dependency, it dulls the system and creates a whole suite of problems in itself. Again, without clearing the root cause.
We are not just a mind, we also have an emotional body, and a spiritual body. We live in the world - we are affected by other people, other energies and the supernatural. We need a holistic methodology that meets us where we are, honours our multi-dimensional facility, and takes our spirituality into account.

I'm Abby Wynne, founder of the Life Mastery Practitioner School
When I qualified as a psychotherapist I realised that working with the mind was so important, but it did not heal trauma, release emotions or help people grow. We are multi-dimensional and we must acknowledge and honour that.
I learnt how to blend shamanism, energy healing, mindfulness, counselling AND psychotherapy together to create a unique way of working. I have had many successes with clients, written over 15 books, and have worked with thousands of people.
Now I am ready to teach my methods to the world, AND to certify therapists in this wonderful new modality that I call Life Mastery.

You can become an accredited practitioner with the
Life Mastery Practitioner School.
This will give you continuous support from the school during your professional career, along with registration on the official Life Mastery Therapy Website. You will also be accredited with the CMA - Complementary Medical Association.
