Meet our Facilitators

Abby Wynne

Course Director, Lead Instructor
and Facilitator.

Abby Wynne is a Shamanic Psychotherapist, healer, spiritual teacher, and bestselling author whose work has transformed lives for over 20 years. Her core mission, unchanged since the beginning: "I empower people by teaching them how to heal themselves."

When she qualified in both psychotherapy and shamanic practice around the same time, Abby quickly realised the extraordinary synergy when blending energy healing, mindfulness, and Reiki/Seichem mastery. Clients thrived in ways traditional methods alone couldn't achieve, leading Abby to develop her unique, multidimensional healing modality - Life Mastery Therapy.

As a Hay House author, Abby's milestone book 'How to Be Well' celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026. This book provides step-by-step tools to expel negative energies, build energetic boundaries, and foster lasting wellbeing, happiness, and empowerment. Her other nonfiction titles, including 'Energy Healing Basics' and 'Heal Your Inner Wounds', demystify self-healing, offering accessible exercises to release repetitive patterns and reclaim personal power.

Beyond nonfiction, Abby channels profound spiritual insights into fiction. Her magical realism Inner Compass Trilogy (Awakening, Transformation, and Expansion) chronicles therapist-in-training Marissa Rosenthal's multidimensional journey of self-discovery, mirroring the depths of the human psyche. Drawing from her own expertise, these novels weave therapy, shamanism, and expanded perception into gripping narratives.

Abby's latest novel, called 'We Live Inside A Giant Russian Doll,' was inspired by Philip K. Dick—exploring layered realities where humans perceive far more than the five senses allow.

In 2024, recognising the need for more empowered healers, Abby founded the Life Mastery Practitioner School. This certification programme teaches her signature Life Mastery methods, equipping students to facilitate deep transformation. The first cohort is set to graduate in 2026, marking a new wave of practitioners carrying her teachings forward.

Abby also co-founded 104 Publishing with Mark Attwood in 2023, a platform dedicated to amplifying voices in spiritual protection, truth-telling, and empowerment. Their collaborative book Weapons of Mass Protection offers practical tools for spiritual warfare in today's world.

Based in Ireland, Abby serves a global community through private healing sessions, group programmes, downloadable meditations, and her podcast Healing for Healers. She hosts online healing circles and events, fostering spaces for catharsis, compassion, and growth. Known as a "healer for healers," Abby catalyses profound shifts—helping individuals clear trauma, reconnect to inner wisdom, and embrace wholehearted, multidimensional living. Her work reminds us that true healing begins within, and everyone has the power to access it.

Elaine Woods

Co-facilitator,
Student Support Co-ordinator

Elaine brings two decades of experience as a holistic practitioner and coach, supporting individuals and groups through a wide range of therapeutic and transformational modalities. As both a long-term client of Abby’s and now a student of Life Mastery Therapy herself, Elaine is uniquely positioned to support new students within the school. She offers a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience. Her perspective as a healer, coach, student and perfectly imperfect human allows her to guide others with warmth, empathy, and a genuine understanding of the personal journey involved in deep inner work.

Before entering the holistic field, Elaine built a successful corporate career across financial institutions, legal services, and aircraft leasing. She lived in London in the 1990s and returned to Ireland in late 2000 where, in 2008, she chose a more purpose-driven direction, taking over a local customer-focused business and beginning a new chapter centered on connection and personal growth.

Elaine’s holistic journey began in 2010 with Reiki — this experience, together with her own personal circumstances, sparked a deep passion for healing and personal transformation. Since then, she has trained extensively in a variety of modalities, including Shamanic Practice and Coaching with Neuroscience. Her work combines intuitive healing, grounded coaching, and transformational support, helping clients and students reconnect with their own inner wisdom and capacity for healing.

One of the things that Elaine loves most is witnessing the moment people begin to realise their own potential for change, growth, and healing. She brings a calm, supportive presence to her work and feels deeply privileged to walk alongside others on their journey.

Elaine calls Ireland home, though these days her life is shared between Ireland and the UK, where her partner lives and her son is at university. Beyond her work, she treasures life’s meaningful moments — quality time with her partner and son, solitary moments in nature, spending time with close friends and family, and sharing her home with her two adored cats, Sol and Luna.
